No. 62 Jewelry is pleased to present Conversations with Time, a solo exhibition with Anna Porcu, on view from August 6th through August 11th, 2026. Anna Porcu will be visiting Jackson to accompany her exhibition, and is available for appointments August 6th through the 12th.

The daughter of antiquarians, Italian jeweler Anna Porcu inherited the knowledge of antique artifacts and an eye for rarity and fineness to detail. After receiving her master’s degree in art history, she did archival work in the Gucci archives in Milan and at the Fashion Institute of Technology in New York. Inspired by these experiences, she began to create her own jewelry using rare antique cameos in 2011.

Porcu, who is based in Pienza, Italy, searches the world for museum-quality cameos in materials including shell, ivory, amber, agate, and lava. She has become an expert in this type of art which, carved in extremely low relief by master artists, dates back to ancient Roman times and often included mythological or pastoral narratives. She reinterprets these cameos, re-crafting their original settings, adding sterling silver and  gold, and then placing them on a contemporary backdrop of leather. The completed works blend her artistic vision with the enduring values of Italian handcraft, balancing passion and expertise, devotion to traditions and the courage to reinvent them.

No. 62 is a curated selection of significant jewelry designers of our time. Nestled within Maya Frodeman Gallery, a contemporary art gallery in downtown Jackson Hole, Wyoming, No. 62 showcases award-winning designers from around the globe, such as Nicholas Varney, Judy Geib, Silvia Furmanovich, Bibi van der Velden and Fernando Jorge, amongst others.

Elevating the preconceptions of fine jewelry, No. 62 is a boutique that allows the viewer to discover new modes of personal expression. An experience all its own, No. 62 ensures each guest who visits the space leaves with an enduring sense of how art in the form of jewelry can enrich our day-to-day lives. It is this power that has inspired No. 62 to build a home for artists where their work is shown in an elevated environment aimed at connecting you with something deeper.
